FOLLY RESIDENCE

We provided project management services for the internal and external refurbishment and fit-out of the Folly Point Residence. Our role included coordination of consultants, contractors, suppliers and trades, together with construction programming, procurement, cost control, site inspections and quality management. We worked closely with the client and project team to maintain the design intent, resolve site issues, coordinate construction activities and manage project delivery, ensuring the refurbishment and fit-out works were completed efficiently and to a high standard.
